Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

CALORE EQUIPMENT warrants its parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by the manufacturer and upon proper installation in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, installation instructions provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or in accordance with regulations set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). CALORE EQUIPMENT'S obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or fifteen (15) months after shipment date from CALORE EQUIPMENT.

Any parts covered under this warranty that are determined by CALORE EQUIPMENT to have been defective within one (1) year of original installation or fifteen (15) months after shipment date from CALORE EQUIPMENT is limited to the repair or replacement of the part and shipping costs of the replacement part. This warranty is limited to product replacement only. Labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement are excluded.

Any damage to this product as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any maintenance or use in violation of instructions furnished by the manufacturer or an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), will void this limited warranty.

CALORE EQUIPMENT disclaims responsibility for any failures due to improper installation, use or maintenance. Product must be installed, used, repaired and maintained by the buyer in accordance with local codes and regulations and standards set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

Failure, improper selection or improper use of the products and or kits or related items described on this site or in our product literature can cause property damage, personal injury and death.

It is imperative that all aspects of the application be determined and a thorough review of the information concerning the products on this site be undertaken. Due to the various operating conditions and applications for these products or kits, the installer or end user, by means of it own analysis and testing, is solely responsible for making the final selection of the products and will assure all performance, safety and warning requirements are adhered to or met.
