OFFER OF SALE:

All sales and contracts or agreements made by MB Sturgis Inc. are contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, or other causes beyond our control. All quotations are made for immediate acceptance and prices are subject to change without notice. Buyer is responsible to provide a detailed drawing and specs, or sign off on an internal MB Sturgis Inc. drawing. Special orders are not subject to cancellation or return.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Regular terms are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. We require a credit card for any order $250.00 or under. To avoid mistakes in ordering we ask that you use valid MB Sturgis Inc. part numbers and cross reference them to the customer internal part number.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders may be cancelled or deliveries deferred only upon written notice to seller. If buyer cancels or defers delivery, buyer shall be liable for all work complete at the sales unit price; work in progress based on percentage of completion times the unit sale price. All cancellation and deferment charges will be determined at the time of cancellation or deferment. To cancel or defer an order, please contact you sales person or email your request to info@mbsturgis.com.

RETURN GOODS POLICY:

Returns will only be accepted with prior approval along with an MB Sturgis Inc. provided Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our Customer Service department at info@mbsturgis.com to obtain a valid RMA number. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returns with the exception of defective goods or shipping errors.

Many of the products manufactured by MB Sturgis Inc. are custom made to fit a specific need or application. If a drawing is not furnished by the customer, or the customer does not sign off on an outline drawing specifically identifying each part, MB Sturgis Inc. will not assume the responsibility of the incorrect assembly or part; and will not cover shipping costs involved in shipping & returning the product to & from MB Sturgis Inc.
